Spencer Regli, Co-Founder

A sports management professional dedicated to building authentic, transparent relationships between athletes, teams, and sponsors. At Florida State University, Spencer Regli worked with FSU Football Recruiting during the program’s 13-0 season and later with The Battles End, helping FSU Football and Golf athletes maximize their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities.

Earning both his Undergraduate and Master’s degree in Sports Management from FSU in just four years, Spencer co-founded X-Factor Sports Representation to continue empowering athletes through integrity-driven representation. His Goal is to help every athlete he works with maximize their potential, unlock new opportunities, and create lasting impact both on and off the field.

Chaz Donaldson, Co-Founder

With several years of experience in the sports agent industry and consecutive seasons working with Florida State Football, Chaz Donaldson has developed a strong foundation in athlete representation, recruitment, and player development. During his time with FSU, he was part of the program’s historic 13-0 season and ACC Championship run, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to build winning teams and support athletes at the highest level of college football.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Entrepreneurship (Sales minor) and a Master’s in Sport Management from Florida State University, Chaz co-founded X-Factor Sports Representation to give athletes a voice and ensure they secure the best opportunities — on and off the field. His mission is to help athletes and their families build long-term success that extends far beyond the game of football.
